Candidate civil law notary Real Estate & Energy (5+ years’ experience)
To strengthen our Real Estate & Energy team, we are looking for an experienced candidate civil law notary with a minimum of five years working experience.

We are looking for a driven professional to help us further develop this practice and bridge the gap between partners/seniors and our junior team members.
In this position, you will work independently, guide and mentor less experienced colleagues, and maintain direct contact with clients and other key stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a vital coordinating role in Knowledge Management and Business Development, ensuring our expertise remains cutting-edge and our practice continues to grow.
Job Requirements
- Completed master’s degree in Notarial Law and Professional Notarial Education (SBN).
- At least five years of relevant experience as a candidate civil law notary, preferably in real estate development and/or the energy sector.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Candidate civil law notary Corporate
As a candidate civil law notary, you will have the opportunity to develop further as a specialist in corporate law at Q.G.M. You will work in an informal yet high-quality environment, where commitment and excellence are core values.
You will advise both domestic and international companies on corporate governance, restructuring, acquisitions, demergers, and mergers. In doing so, you will maintain direct client contact and collaborate closely with our Real Estate & Energy practice.
To strengthen our Corporate & Family Owned Business team, we are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate civil law notary with a passion for corporate law.
In this position you will:
- advise and support clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including governance, mergers & acquisitions, and restructurings.
- independently draft notarial and legal documents while playing an active role in the practice.
- maintain direct contact with clients and collaborate with external advisors such as lawyers and tax specialists.
- work closely with colleagues from the Corporate & Family Owned Business and Real Estate & Energy teams.
Job Requirements
- A completed master’s degree in Notarial Law.
- Interest and affinity with corporate law; experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
- A proactive and client-focused mindset.
- A team player with a flexible, practical, and no-nonsense attitude.

Professional Support Lawyer Corporate
To strengthen our Corporate & Family Owned Business team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) (0.2 fte).
As a PSL, you will collaborate closely with the civil law notaries of the corporate team, actively engaging in ongoing cases. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to take initiative. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing the practice group’s knowledge and services.
In this position, you will:
- be responsible for developing and updating knowledge and keeping up to date with current affairs within the Corporate & Family Owned Business team;
- organize and lead knowledge sessions and other training activities;
- identify training needs and, in collaboration with the team, develop annual training programs;
- provide professional support to (candidate) notaries within the team;
- initiate and draft content for the website and publications;
- work closely with the team on knowledge management and legal publications.
Job Requirements
- A completed master’s degree in Dutch or Notarial Law;
- Experience as a lecturer at a law school, as a (candidate) civil law notary or professional support lawyer at a reputable firm, preferably with an international character;
- Broad interest in corporate law and the ambition to further develop others and yourself;
- Analytically strong, structured, hands-on and proactive;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English language;
- Team player with well-developed communication skills;
- Ability to independently initiate projects and inspire others.

As a Legal Assistant at Q.G.M, you play a key role in the administrative and legal process, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You work closely with (candidate) civil law notaries and fellow support staff on a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities include managing the office-wide declaration process, organizing and maintaining files, drafting legal documents, and submitting them to authorities such as the Trade Register and the Land Registry. Additionally, you conduct legal research and assist in handling cases across both practice groups.
